This competition brings together ambitious student teams to tackle real-world challenges through a series of engaging activities, including the Sustainable Business in Real Commercial Space Competition. Participants will develop innovative plans for utilizing commercial spaces at Urban 21, taking into account Long Island City’s unique market conditions, rental rates, and operational expenses to achieve long-term revenue growth and environmental sustainability.

How to Participate?

• Team Registration Required: Participation is team-based. Each team must purchase a Team Entry Pass (non-refundable) to gain access to all event activities and submit their project.

• Exclusive for Registered Teams: Only registered teams can attend seminars, join on-site visits, and submit their proposals for the competition.
